Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van village - 14km trek
From Sapa, you will trek to the Black Hmong villages of Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai. From Lao Chai, you will trek to Ta Van Village which is populated by people from the Dao, Hmong and Giay ethnic groups. You will spend the night here in a homestay
Giang Ta Chai - Supan - Ban Ho - 22km trek
From Ta Van, you will trek to the Red Dao Village of Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan Village which belongs to the Red Dao and Black Hmong. You finish with a trek to Ban Ho where you can meet people from many different ethnic groups. You will stay overnight in a homestay.
Tour price includes:
Ban Ho - Nam Tong - Thanh Phu village- 10km trek
From Ban Ho, you will trek to the Red Dao village of Nam Toong and the Tay village, Thanh Phu. You will then trek back to Ban Ho where you will be collected for the drive back to Sapa.

What to take:
+ Pack essentials, including light comfortable clothes suitable for outdoor activities, comfortable walking shoes. Take a small day pack for hiking and trekking.
+ It is essential to bring your passport on this trip. We also recommend packing: insect repellent, sun cream, raincoat and sun hat, towels, toiletries, flash lights, sunglasses & hat with shade...
- Transportation back to Sapa Town after your trek. (The transportation will be by either motorbike taxi or shared minivan, depending on the size of your group.)
- Your guide will meet you at your hotel in Sapa or at our office in Sapa. You can leave your luggage in our office while trekking. Showers are also available at our office.
- You will only decide the exact route of your trek on the day when you meet your guide. This allows you to choose a trek which suits your ability and interests. Your guide will be able to advise you on the best routes and places of interest. Some routes may not be available due to adverse weather conditions, but your guide will be able to advise you.
